STM32F407 DCMI采集OV7620的数据有一半是白 {MOD}

我用407的DCMI接口直接采集OV7620。没有写寄存器,默认配置输出应该是320*240分辨率的灰度图像。现在得到的图像只有一半是能看到图形的。另外一半是全白,不知道为什么?

我的DCMI配置如下:
