阿波罗使用HAL库USART2输出乱码

使用STM32CubeMX产生的代码,正常输出。自己新建的工程,拷贝STM32CubeMX生产的代码。结果USART2输出是乱码,GPIO口控制LED灯饰正常的。求解为什么?是不是工程建立的时候有什么要配置的。
第一次使用HAL库,以前使用STD库都很正常。代码就是很简单的,让USART2重复输出。
