这句话的意思是将TIMxChannel3初始化,我现在使用的是PA2/ TIM2_CH3,故需要将TIM_OC3Init使能,如果想将PA3/TIM2_CH4使能的话,需要将 TIM_OC4Init(TIM2 , &TIM_OCInitStructure );
