硬仿时出现提示：Coordinator: Error when writing memory contents to the debug platform
atmeag128上电连接正常，也能进行熔丝位等的设置，但是加载程序时出现提示：

Coordinator: Error loading object file
会是什么原因呢？
说明一下：同一块电路板，上午的时候还没有这个问题呢，可以进行正常的硬件仿真
