用IAR给MSP430f4152烧写程序，总提示找不到单片机。仿真器用的UIF。

出错信息是：
IarIdePm

"F:ExaminationE-MeterDebugExedg.d43" was corrupt or of an unsupported format.

请问这是什么原因？我硬件连线检查过好几次应该没有问题。请教大牛们这可能是什么原因造成的
