我自己做了一块dsp28016的最小系统，测得电压、时钟信号都是正常的，用的仿真器是spectrum digital XDS510LC usb
每次连接报错是：
Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x80000200/-1135
Fatal Error during: OCS,
Unrecoverable emulation error
I/O Port = 510
Board Name: F2808 XDS510USB Emulator
Cpu Name: cpu_0
Abort: Close Code Composer Studio.
Retry: Try to connect to the target again.
Cancel: Remain disconnected from the target
Diagnostic: Run diagnostic utility.
接上仿真器后，测JTAG的TRST一直为低，TCK没有脉，TMS为3.28V。
我查了硬件没发现什么问题
请高手们指点是什么原因？

Fatal Error during: OCS,
Device driver: Problem with the Emulation Controller.
It is recommended to RESET EMULATOR. This will disconnect each
target from the emulator. The targets should then be power cycled
or hard reset followed by an emureset and reconnect to each target.

我的解决方法是：关闭所有与dsp板子的连线（包括仿真器与PC的连线，和dsp的电源）我待了一会（就上网查解决办法的时间，十分钟吧）然后重新连接，重新打开CCS 下载连接"第八个（英文发音）"发现好使了，我不知道这算不算问题
