On the License Management dialog, the text for one of my products is in red and the Support Period date says it is expired. When I compile will the full compiler and linker versions be used as before?

Yes. The text on this screen is red to bring to your attention that your maintenance and support agreement has expired for your installed product version.
Do not worry - still that product will compile, link and debug as it did before the expiration period.
