图把那个打勾后报的错误

stm32F103RB 是 128K Flash.
我在Keil下能任意地址编写，但IAR下0x8000~0x1FFFF 就不能编写了，为何？
IAR 下 icf文件是默认的-----即flash是全片flash范围
