你给的函数也是TIM2_TimeBaseInit(TIM2_PRESCALER_64, 0xFFFF); 64分频的
没看清你这接收多少帧数据才算成功呢?很多都是接收完二帧数据并二次的数据对比是否一样如果一样才当解码成功
