从现场处理、退回来的板子堆了一大箱子,出现硬件损坏的几乎都集中在STM32F103RCT6和W5500两颗芯片上,板子表面上看起来就像新的一样,但实际上那两颗芯片其中之一短路了,一般不同时坏,哪个发烫换哪个就好了。
仔细看板子,发烫的板子上,5V转3.3V的LDO芯片AMS1117的引脚与焊盘处,有点发黄,这是由于后级短路导致电流大,发热严重而导致。板子其他的地方看起来几乎全新状态。
板子的焊接状况非常良好,这里不得不赞美嘉立创的伟大贡献,一点瑕疵都没有。半成品板到手后,焊上功率电感、端子、继电器就完事了。
请教大家,在做stm32的板卡设计上,需要一些特别的保护吗?以前用51、MSP430、PIC单片机真的是从来没操心过芯片。现在看到STM32都提心吊胆。

从丝印看,你用的是AMS1117,而且是JLC SMT的,证明确实是AMS产的1117,根据数据手册规定:
Stability
The circuit design used in the AMS1117 series requires the use of
an output capacitor as part of the device frequency compensation.
The addition of 22uF solid tantalum on the output will ensure
stability for all operating conditions.
When the adjustment terminal is bypassed with a capacitor to
improve the ripple rejection, the requirement for an output
capacitor increases. The value of 22uF tantalum covers all cases
of bypassing the adjustment terminal. Without bypassing the
adjustment terminal smaller capacitors can be used with equally
good results.
To ensure good transient response with heavy load current
changes capacitor values on the order of 100uF are used in the
output of many regulators. To further improve stability and
transient response of these devices larger values of output
capacitor can be used.
要用ESR较大的电解电容才能够使LDO环路稳定。
