将PICkit3连接到板子上  显示Target Device ID (00000000) does not match expected Device ID (00005400).  
烧写的时候显示：

怎么回事啊？  各个引脚连接无误  
icsp  1脚：MCLR
2:VDD
3:GND
4:PGD
5:PGC
5个引脚上没有接其他东西，芯片全新 急急急急急、、、、、、
