小弟现在在做一些PLD关于GAL20V8的实验,做的是一个全加器,按照FM软件的格式写的程序ADD.PLD如下:

复制代码的作用是Pinx= !(Pin2 & Pin3);
那这行代码中全为1的部分,如果全部替代为0,作用是一样的吗?
