虽然这个不是最佳答案,但是感谢jack的回复。现在用TC7SH17F已经验证成功了。
他的意思是,需要解决一个低带宽的问题,用射极跟随器的类型。这个方案如#4所示。今天他又提出用 Schmitt Trigger(TC7SH17F) 替换射极跟随器。目前根据客户提供的资料做了个电路图。不知道这个电路能否实现这个接收功能。
