Design a Mealy circuit has two inputs, X and Y, and two outputs, Z and W. If the two inputs are 0 at the previous clock rising-edge and then 1 at the next clock rising-edge, then an output Z = 1 (else Z = 0). If one of the inputs is set to 1 and the other is 0, then a warning light W = 1. W = 0, once X = Y = 0.
