如题，我用的是modbus tcp通信，今天当我运行程序时，出现错误，错误代码是 -1967353901，提示的可能原因是modbus i/o server failed to connect to the modbus ethernet slave device，我都是按照说明来进行设置的，不知道哪里没有设置对，更奇怪的是，昨天我通信还正常，今天就出现这个问题，一天都没好，什么原因呢？求高手指导指导，特别着急
