Setting kernel stream mode in foobar2000 v0.83 on Xfire1723.

Preferences->Play back->DSP Manager->Active DSPs, add Resampler(SSRC) to the left column if it doesn't in Active DSPs list. This is very important, when we use kernel stream mode, we have to use SSRC. I dont know why, maybe SRC is disabled. If we don't use SSRC, foobar2k will complain the following error "ERROR (foo_out_ks) : KS output error: error opening device.". Make sure the Preferences->Play Back->DSP Manager->Resampler Target sample rate is the same as sound card's setting, both 48000Hz e.g.
