1. 64bit  VR系列: 16-32k bytes cache，I/D分开， 2-way. 没有on-chip的SRAM和program memory。不再继续开发。
2. 32bit系列 2.1 RISC V850: No cache. 8-32k internal RAM, 128-512K internal ROM. SuperH7080: No cache. 256-512K flash memory,  256K ROM, 8-32K SRAM. SuperH7606: 16k bytes cache, I/D共享，4-way, 16B cache line size. 4K U memory for I/D.

2.2 CISC RX200: No cache. up to 64K SRAM, up to 512K flash. 8K flash for data. RX600: No cache. 8-128K SRAM, 64K-2M flash, 32k flash for data.
