你用的什么型号mcu？什么开发板？用的哪个协议栈？
ti cc2540 协议栈是BLE4.0 ，在POWER_SAVING 开启的时候，不是低功耗吗. 此时晶振是处于PM2,外设不是都关闭了吗？ LCD应该也不会工作啊。

系统低频工作时，照理说是不支持SPI，也就是LCD功能的吧。不管什么硬件，在这点上都是一样的啊
不清楚你用的什么lcd，有些lcd不和它通讯也会保持原来的数据一直显示
另外，lcd的功耗主要在液晶供电上，通讯只占很小的功耗
