DSP板子是自己画的，前面一块实验板能够通过retry来解决这个问题，但是不知道为什么这块板子不行。

没有复位？

你这似乎是 仿真器和板子的DSP连接有问题啊。试试：
1）电脑少开几个其他软件；
2）仿真器的驱动是否完整支持C6727；
3）仔细检查DSP配置。
用C6720的飘过。。。

建议你每次连接之后   重复烧写程序时   最好先复位一下CPU
也就是点击一下Reset CPU
