从图片看出,CMOS SENSOR感光面积较大,镜头似乎也是玻璃做的,质量还不错,本人拆了两个,没看出芯片的型号来,研究了2天,只大概确定电源,地线,其他搞不清楚,有兴趣的和我联系,10元3个,如果谁能搞定并开源,免费送10个并包快递.
FPC共引出24pin,间隔0.5mm,手工还可以焊接(用多股细铜丝的一股连接),2脚和15脚是GND,4脚和11脚VDD,耗电约16ma,10脚似乎是PWDN,其他搞不清楚,又没有示波器,就一个万用表,实在搞不定,有兴趣的来一起玩.
写寄存器地址是0x92,读是0x93.
店主拆开了一个摄像头模块,晶体面积较大,约1/3英寸.
店主按以下常用24PIN引脚定义进行测试的,已确认电源,SDA,SDC.
