9.70 has tons of bugs. i would stay away from it.
and mplab as well. i use hi-tide as ide.

确实，MPLAB这IDE也着实简陋，我现在都用NetBeans敲代码，在MPLAB里调试。
其实我觉得MPLAB C也不错……
