KEIL刚装上不久，还没有玩熟。出现了Error: Flash Download failed  -  "Cortex-M3"这个提示，应该找哪里原因呢？

这是编译下载例程WIFI_LINK时出现的。

相关设置：
1、targate

4、下载前与下载后，只有在BOOT拨到低时才出现的串口情况，
